Morelia, Mich. – La Fiscalía General del Estado de Michoacán (FGE) detuvo a Ricardo “N”, por su posible relación en el delito de Maltrato Animal, cometido en agravio de un ejemplar canino, en el municipio de Tarímbaro.
De las investigaciones se desprende que en 2023, personal de la Unidad de Investigación y Persecución del Delito de Maltrato Animal, rescató a un ejemplar canino de la raza Rotwalier, que se encontraba en estado de abandono y en condiciones de maltrato, percatándose que Ricard «N», era quien se hacía cargo de dicho ejemplar.
Los hechos fueron denunciados ante la Unidad de Investigación y Persecución del Delito de Maltrato Animal de la Fiscalía Especializada en Combate a Delitos Contra el Ambiente y la Fauna, que emprendió las investigaciones pertinentes, mismas que permitieron establecer la posible relación del investigado, por lo que fue solicitada la respectiva orden de aprehensión, la cual fue obsequiada y cumplimentada.
Ricardo “N”, fue presentado ante el Juez de Control que en próximas horas resolverá su situación jurídica.
