{"id":11518,"date":"2024-06-19T12:33:49","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T18:33:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarioabcdemichoacan.com.mx\/lasnoticias\/?p=11518"},"modified":"2024-06-19T12:34:17","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T18:34:17","slug":"permanencia-laboral-e-inclusion-retos-de-las-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarioabcdemichoacan.com.mx\/lasnoticias\/permanencia-laboral-e-inclusion-retos-de-las-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"Permanencia laboral e inclusi\u00f3n, retos de las empresas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Amigos Empresarios de Morelia trabajan en lineamientos para garantizar mejores condiciones de trabajo.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>POR SARA\u00cd RANGEL, DIARIO ABC DE MICHOAC\u00c1N, 19 DE JUNIO DE 2024.<\/h6>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Morelia, Mich. &#8211; La colocaci\u00f3n de empleo en Morelia creci\u00f3 en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o en 4.1 por ciento, seg\u00fan datos con los que cuenta la Secretar\u00eda de Fomento Econ\u00f3mico (SEFECO), no obstante, la constante rotaci\u00f3n de personal dificulta no solo la estabilidad laboral, sino la operatividad de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, integrantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos Empresarios de Michoac\u00e1n trabajan en lineamientos que les permitan garantizar la permanencia de sus trabajadores, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 su presidente Isaac D\u00edaz Gonzalez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPorque es un problema para nosotros capacitar por dos, tres semanas y que al mes, mes y medio se salga, pues es p\u00e9rdida para la empresa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido dijo que se apoyan en la Sefeco con capacitaciones tanto para empleadores como buscadores de empleo a fin de evitar la rotaci\u00f3n de personal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, se realizan acciones para garantizar la inclusi\u00f3n laboral en t\u00e9rminos de discapacidad, de modo tal que en acercamiento a diversas asociaciones se llevan a cabo din\u00e1micas de visibilizaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n a partir de las cuales se identifican las diversas necesidades que tienen personas sordas, d\u00e9biles visuales o en silla de ruedas, por poner algunos ejemplos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara que nos ense\u00f1en a c\u00f3mo poder emplear a las personas con alguna discapacidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el empresario, \u201cestamos adecuando, nos est\u00e1n ense\u00f1ando, vamos a tener una capacitaci\u00f3n para saber c\u00f3mo incluirlos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que tambi\u00e9n de manera permanente se trabaja en la inclusi\u00f3n de personas de la tercera edad, y se generan capacitaciones de liderazgo para romper barreras generacionales en el trabajo, de modo tal que trabajadores entre 40 a 65 a\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n tengan mayores oportunidades de empleo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amigos Empresarios de Morelia trabajan en lineamientos para garantizar mejores condiciones de trabajo. &nbsp; POR SARA\u00cd RANGEL, DIARIO ABC DE MICHOAC\u00c1N, 19 DE JUNIO DE 2024.
