Esta reforma proh\u00edbe la reelecci\u00f3n para cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular como diputados, senadores y presidentes municipales, y tambi\u00e9n regula el nepotismo, impidiendo la postulaci\u00f3n de familiares para el mismo cargo.<\/p>\n<p>La diputada Emma Hern\u00e1ndez inform\u00f3 que la reforma, que entrar\u00e1 en vigor en 2030, ser\u00e1 votada en pleno este jueves, donde los legisladores estatales solo podr\u00e1n aprobarla o rechazarla sin modificaciones. Aunque Hern\u00e1ndez expres\u00f3 su deseo de que las medidas se aplicaran desde 2027, destac\u00f3 que la reforma representa un avance al restablecer el principio de no reelecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma constitucional aprobada en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, la cual establece la prohibici\u00f3n de la reelecci\u00f3n para cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular y regula el nepotismo en la postulaci\u00f3n de familiares para los mismos puestos.<\/p>\n<p>La diputada local por Morena, inform\u00f3 que la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, que ella preside, ya present\u00f3 el dictamen correspondiente, por lo que ahora el pleno deber\u00e1 discutir y votar la propuesta.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma entrar\u00e1 en vigor en 2030, aunque inicialmente se propuso que comenzara a aplicarse en 2027.
