El primero de ellos, el hecho de que el anuncio se haya realizado en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y que incluso, hasta el d\u00eda de hoy despu\u00e9s de 10 d\u00edas del lamentable hecho que motiv\u00f3 este Plan, ning\u00fan secretario de Estado ha acudido a Michoac\u00e1n para dialogar con las y los michoacanos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El segundo punto, es que no se toma en cuenta a los municipios, pues no existe una medida clara que se traduzca en el fortalecimiento de los cuerpos de seguridad locales. Record\u00f3 que anteriormente se contaba con programas federales, como el Fortaseg, que destinaba recursos para la capacitaci\u00f3n, compra de patrullas y dem\u00e1s acciones que ayudaban a las autoridades locales, y ahora no existen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Alfonso Mart\u00ednez, cuestion\u00f3 que el 90% de las acciones anunciadas corresponden a temas ya presentados con anterioridad e incluso presupuestados, como el tema de salud y la construcci\u00f3n de hospitales.
